Mr. Wahez Dahoo, Brand Manager from Seybrew Breweries Ltd and the Diageo Group in Seychelles facilitated a special Tanqueray Gin Cocktail Training with our F&B and Seybar team last month. The training coincided with Seybar’s Gin O’Clock Friday Happy Hour held in February. Through this exercise our team was able to learn how to perfect the 3 cocktails that were on offer, both developing their cocktail-making knowledge as well as providing tasty drinks to our local and international customers. Training remains a key component in the partnership that Skychef Servair has with Seybrew Breweries Ltd.
